It's unfair for not unable to claim within the joining and past year I paid and didn't go to dentist and second year I'm paying and first time to claim and yet declined. So unfair.

Late Friday afternoon I had to contact Customer Services being unable to upload my dental receipt. I had on previous occasions had no problem uploading but after 4 unsuccessful attempts on this occasion was becoming a little exasperated due to all my details being wiped from the form each time I retried. Customer Service Administrator, Deborah Morrey politely listened to my problem, talked me through possible solutions and ultimately provided an email for me to attach my receipt and send it direct. Furthermore early Monday morning I received an email from Deborah telling me my claim had been processed. I can only thank Deborah for her total professionalism, timeliness and focused customer service!

My dental claim had been declined due to confusion with cancellation dates. I wrote to the Customer Service Manager with my query. Within two hours, a Customer Service Administrator, Deborah Morrey, had replied to say my claim was being processed and would be in my bank account in 3 to 5 working days. Thank you for your help Deborah. I very much appreciate it.

This was my first time using the service. I had sent the wrong type of receipt, but the agent was quick to email me with what I needed to provide. Service was quick and informative :) Only thing of note - the link to this review page didn't come through as a hyperlink. You may want to get that checked out :)

I’ve been with this company for years and never had any issues. I emailed my claims form in this time and my attachment never sent, I received an email within hours saying the forms never arrived, so I sent them again in the afternoon and first thing next morning they said payment would be in my bank within 3 working days. Very happy

Trying to get my first claim has been a nightmare. Emails back and forth not being picked up by the same individual. Keep moving the goal posts requesting different documentation. Proving to be more of a headache than beneficial

I struggle with poor internet and am therefore forced to use a postal service to send in my claim forms, which is equally unreliable. I discovered that some forms sent out earlier in the year were not received and I had passed the 6 month deadline, albeit only by a few days. Fearing the worst, I rang up to explain and was helped by Nicola, who very kindly went the extra mile to help me claim back treatment costing in excess of £70. It is so unusual these days to be treated like a human being, but happily on this occasion, I was treated with sympathy and understanding. Thank you Nicola
