The information is clearly presented and it was quick and easy to add my daughter to the policy. Sara Leathley has been attentive and helpful since my first interaction with her. She even responded to an email on a Saturday evening which seems to be way beyond the call of duty.

The scheme is good but can get a bit complicated after name changes and completely different payment company. However the customer services have been great steering me through. May I suggest that customers are advised to keep a record of the dates and for what treatments and a note of the annual allowance. Saves a lot of time.

It is variable whether the website works when making a claim. So I made a dental claim via email. This worked well but only gave 4 stars (apart from that I would like to be able to use the website when I need to) as it took sometime to receive an email acknowledgment which I requested. All good though in the end.

Turns out it was very simple to make a claim, just make sure you have a detailed receipt. Response is very prompt and help is on hand should you need it.

A rather protracted delay (3/4 business days) between completing on-line application and receiving any form of acknowledgement. Interim calls to provider to see if application had been registered also drew a blank response.
