Prompt and efficient service. It would have been helpful if you had explained, when you paid my last claim, that you were only sending partial payment as I was within my limit of £500. That way I would not have had to asked the question. I am aware the conditions are stated in the policy but it is not that clearly explained.

I could not make a claim, the dental plan was a complete waste of money and time. I was asked to produce a card receipt with my name on it. Debit/credit card receipts do not include the card holder name. I was also told that the treatment I received was private, which it definitely was not. It would have cost a lot more if it had been private. I had no choice but to cancel the plan, I found the whole experience very frustrating.

hmmmmmmmm .. still assessing, quite prompt, that is if they actually receive my claim!! ... 3 claim forms have now gone missing, whether it is posted to BDHS or to UKHEALTH CARE? .. still never seems to arrive; if I have to send ''Signed for'' it cuts into my claim, which seems somewhat self-defeating .. and another thing, they will NOT payout on the actual Credit Card invoice or even if the Dentist prints out an actual invoice?? .. they demand only a handwritten form which leaves the receptionist somewhat peeved, having to write out an invoice every time .. when the computer printed form is USUALLY sufficient????

I have always been able to send a photo of my receipts and never had a problem. Something has changed and now the photos have to be converted to PDF or JPEG! Not an easy task for a 70 year old. Other than that I have never had an issue with my claims
