“Tried to contact BDHS on 30th May 25 to answer the query they had with my claim and their was no reply to the telephone service 01204 522775 and no reason why the calls were not being picked up???? Regards Mrs CM Maltby”

“Really good scheme to cover a wide range of healthcare costs (depending on cover level). Submission of claims is a pretty straightforward website form, and apart from the odd query to the team around policy limits (which were all answered/resolved pretty quickly), I've had no problems but only benefitted from it!”

“I recently put in a claim, but I have received an email saying my policy was closed. I have had this policy 2 years now and I pay every month. Plus the number she gave me was wrong.”
