“I’m extremely disappointed with the length of time, that it’s taken to settle my claim. Surely the finance department should be able to check the bank records it established the payment has been cleared through and to whom it was paid to. I responded to the your email after checking my bank account that I have not received the payment. For such a small claim, it been over 6 weeks. Mrs B. Hall.”
