“I have sent all receipts from dentist and forms for our dental treatment and copies as requested and still they haven't paid out on husbands treatment I don't think they know what they are doing I have not had any problems previously.”

“Customer service was fairly poor. I submitted my first ever claim and, after 3 weeks of hearing nothing, chased it up to find that they were waiting for information from me that I wasn't aware of. They had contacted my dentist and left a message but he hadn't got back to them. I was able to provide the information and the claim was settled quickly after that. Would have been a lot quicker if they'd just asked me!”

“Your processor emailed to let me know there was an issue with my file attachment, so I replied with the pdf again and just 5 minutes later he processed my claim. Really happy with the speed and clarity to get this done. Thank you Craig!”
