We have been paying this insurance for over 6 months and when we put our first claim in for £23 we were told we had to provide proof of our last checkup before the insurance started which we did then proof we actually attended and that we completed any treatment advised. I've been back to the dentist twice this week whilst trying to work.
I'm not sure it's worth it to be honest.
