“I rang the office yesterday and I had sent my forms into the wrong email Nicola very kindly send me the correct link for me to follow which was quick and easy to follow, i resent my forms this morning and Nicola has emailed me back straight away to say all is fine and i will receive my payments within days. Now that is what I call excellent customer service many thanks”

“I realise that up to date information may be required, however it costs £25.00 to obtain a letter from a doctor to state my health needs, which at present I cannot afford due to high living costs which also causes stress which my treatment for reflexology helps me to cope with.”
