The admin system appears to be very manual, if a change is made to your corporate contract, it doesn’t appear to have been communicated to their staff. They will reject claims, and you then need to argue this, until the person goes and checks and realises that the contract had changed and you’re actually eligible for a payout.
This month they’ve been very slow to respond, I made a claim on 5th Jan and still hadn’t got the money back. I’m just getting a generic response that it’s been forwarded to some other team, then weeks of silence.
