Very poor service. What they offer is not clear, but take your money, and then when you go for a routine appointment, they reject the claim.

Initially there was an error made by Deborah the customer service agent who confused my details with a relative however, I spoke to a very efficient and helpful chap called Andrew, who quickly resolved the issue and then processed my claim in minutes - very impressed!
