“I have a unison nhs dental care policy My Dentist says I need tooth number 6 re crowned he said my old nhs white crown can only be replaced with a ugly looking silver one if I wanted a white one I would have to pay private at a cost of £525 🤷🏻‍♂️ so I ask unison dental care plan would they pay what a nhs silver one would be at £319 and I would pay the rest they said no we don’t pay anything for private work I think the world has gone mad so so silly thanks for your help unison .”

“3rd attempt to have acknowledgement of satisfactory receipts. I sent in 3 documents, but part of 2024 not visible. i.e. only 2 showing, although full date visible on other document!! 2nd attempt, same document blurry! 3rd document OK. I felt that my claim was being challenged as all information was visible!!”

“after my initial application for a cash benefit plan was "lost" online because of technical difficulties, Sara was quick to respond providing me with a hard copy application form which he then processed and backdated to my initial application.”

“Extremely disappointed that after years of paying monthly for a dental plan the one time I actually pay for a filling it is rejected because I chose a white filling. Not even the NHS equivalent to the filling is paid and all you receive is a blunt response from customer service.”
