“My daughter and I went to get eyes tested for annual two year check and glasses (02.09.2022). Apparently it was 3 days before my daughters eyes had actually been tested two years previously (05.09.2020) - despite the previous two year test having being a week earlier (27.08.2018). My claim was paid and my daughters refused!!! Had telephoned in August to check on our last tests and told 01.09.2020. Very unfair process.”
