“UKHC are always very friendly and helpful. It can be stressful being injured through sport and the fact that UKHC make the claims process so easy to use is great and the fact that emails are responded to very quickly when I have a query. Thank you.”

“They are the worst dental insurance company I’ve ever encountered. They don’t explain the hoops you have to jump through to get your first claim paid. My first claim has so far taken 2 weeks and still isn’t sorted. I sent all the proof required to my initial contact only to be told after chasing that they’re off on long term sick. I have to go through it all again. I won’t be renewing my policy.”

“I really like the personal customer service offered by UK Healthcare and the fact that you receive emails from and send them to named individuals, who communicate in a non-robotic way. The claim forms are easy to fill out. It would be quite handy to have a customer portal where you can see all previous claims but that's my only real improvement suggestion.”
