“My dentist missed the date of treatment off my receipt and I didn't notice before submitting. Andrew Bevins was really helpful in contacting me promptly to let me know and then offering to reprocess the claim for me to save me having to resubmit everything again. He let me know it was all sorted within 10 minutes of me providing the proper receipt! Excellent service - thanks Andrew!”

“Submitted online dental claim. The claim form would for some reason not allow me to attach a photograph of my receipt, hence 4star review. Nicola emailed me and I was able to attach it to the email. Problem sorted straight away and payment authorised. Thank you Nicola”
