“It did feel like my claim was not getting paid and I had to visit the dentist again to query paperwork and resubmit it again it did annoy me that I was made to feel like I was making a false claim . I luckily my second submission was accepted I was about to cancel my policy I didn’t think all the hoops you have to jump through was worth the hassle but anyway I haven’t let’s see how I go next claim in 6 months time .”

“Made a claim and it was refused going to cancel my policy on Monday a waste of money they will always look out for a get out clause it was only 80 pounds hardly break the bank.”
