“Spoke to Mark (Shaw) regarding a referral to a Consultant and asked him a couple of hypothetical questions, one of which he was unsure of the answer, but promised to find out and let me know. Within the hour he was as good as his word and I received the answer I was looking for. Thanks Mark you are a credit to the company.”

“Having a real issue getting my NHS treatment refunded at the moment because of a mistake the dentist made on the form. Followed advice given by the UK Healthcare advisor. Three trips to the dentist and corrected forms. However think it's going to end up as a complaint.”
