Only making a small claim for an unexpected hospital stay and you would think it was equal in value to the Crown Jewels !! Being told one thing was required by email and something different when I phoned up . Very poor when dealing with people who could well be stressed !!

Dental policy is not encouraging, despite paying for a year, i tried so much to get an NHS dental during this period to get a treatment but to no avail until recently I had to cancel my policy since I couldn't benefit from it. A week to my cancellation I got an NHS about 4 hours to my location and finally had my treatment done. Unfortunately, my claim was declined. I can't recommend this policy. I would have used the money i paid and get a treatment in a private dental clinic.

I normally have no trouble with making a claim for dental treatment but this time I was in credit due to some private treatment I was to have but didn`t. This has caused no end of trouble because I couldn`t submit a receipt with one of the NHS band levels. I have tried phoning without success to explain what the reason was for submitting a receipt out of these bandings. Three times I made a claim.

Whenever you put a claim in it's a lottery whether they decide to accept or not. Apparently Ear wax removal is not claimable even when recommended by GP and you can't hear without it being done. E.G prevents full use of headsets. There is no clear list available on their website of this and needs to be clearer for all your customers what can be claimed and what can't. not very good service. Would never of had this done if knew the claim would be rejected, now £60 out of pocket. Would give zero stars for this alone.

I made an enquiry recently and the response was very quick, polite and helpful. When submitting my claim I found the system easy to navigate and am now hopeful of a quick payment direct to my bank account. Brilliant so far thank you to Deborah Morrey In customer service.
