“Having only just joined UK Healthcare, moving over from another provider, I found the whole process very easy, very quick, and I received a reply confirming everything was complete & in place within a couple of days. UK Healthcare offer so much more than most of the other providers, well worth joining.”

“I inadvertently submitted a claim outside of the claim period and was notified of this by e-mail. I subsequently queried what the claim period was in the same trail and been made to jump through hoops for GDPR reasons. It might be an idea to hightlight the claim period on the e-mail notification in these instances as it would be more time efficient and customer responsive. Poor service.”

“I contacted UK Healthcare as I have an upcoming dental appointment and I wanted to find out if I could claim from yourselves the cost of a Hygienist appointment as well as my usual check up and treatment plan. As in the past I had made a mistake of choosing a filling that turned out to be under the private part of the plan and it wasn't until I had received my payment that I realised my mistake. So I had lost a far bit of money. Nicola when she answered my query was both professional and polite as also very helpful in explaining the plans and what I would be entitled to when I place my claim form with them. It made a confusing issue for me to be very easy to understand in the end. Thank you Nicola and UK Healthcare”

“Usually very good and quick to settle claims, however I’d had a lot going on also my husband was very ill and it got over looked. My husband then passed away and I found the receipt sorting his stuff out. I was just outside the six months and they still declined my claim. Such a shame, I understand the rules but felt it a bit harsh given the circumstances.”
