Customer Service has always been efficient and personable. Maxine Pennington was very helpful! All in all I have been very happy with the service and "package" offered.

I am not sure if this company is deliberately losing claims, reject or pay less than the allowance, in order to make more profit; or if they’re genuinely this incompetent. Almost every claim is a mess or has problems that when resolved, all end up being admin error. Very frustrating to deal with.

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the way my claim was handled.. A. the length of time it has taken to identify and resolve a problem within your finance department. B. despite providing all the necessary evidence which I was asked to provide Including my bank statement to prove that I did not receive the payment. I do not understand why it’s taken over 3 Months to settle my claim. The whole process has been extremely stressful, due to the number of emails I needed to send Finally, I will not be renewing my policy. Which was opened via Unison.

I’m dissatisfied with the length of time, it’s taken to settle my claim. It’s taken over 4 months to settle my claim which just not good enough. My claim was unnecessarily delayed despite having to provide bank statement to evidence that I had not received the payment. You have now acknowledged that the error was made by department. Not good enough.

10 days to advise that receipt didn't have the date on and only told that, when I chased payment.

I have had an NHS Dentist Policy with this company through Unison for many years. Unfortunately I haven't had a dentist for the past 5 years till January 2025. I had some treatment done over 3 appointments before I remembered I have this cover. I put 3 claims in for my treatment but one was declined as I was one day over the 6 month time period. Luckily one of the service team re-looked at my claim and decided to honour the claim as I had continued to pay my subscription even though I had no dentist for over 5 years. Brilliant team, polite and sympathetic, great cover for £12.50 a month and you get 100% of your dental payments refunded back. Thank you to Andrew Bevins and Laura Murray for your attention and decisions.

I had a query on the claim period and the advisor was extremely prompt in their reply and provided all the necessary answers to my query . All eligible claims have ben processed quickly
