“shocking service change rules and policies detail without updating customers and even when you send all relevant info for a claim they choose not to see it, prelonging payments at every opportunity.”

“I sent a change request to cover my wife over the weekend and 48 hours later they have confirmed the new cover and start date. Great service and really effective team (Sara Leathley) over email as well !! Would recommend them for the cover as well :)”
