“When I arrived to get the tyres put on the size were wrong and cost me an extra 50 pounds. The tyre service a lady in front of me had the same problem this was after giving my car registration number not so cheap after all.”

“I bought my tyres via the website easily enough and I booked them to be fitted at my local mcconnechys the following Thursday. I then received an email from tyresavings.com to say that my tyres would be late and I would have to rebook the fitting. I selected the next day(Friday) and tyresavings.com told me they had confirmed my booking with mcconnechys. Unfortunately, on arriving at McConnechys for my tyres to be fitted, they had no record of the amended booking. I showed them the e-mail I received from tyresavings.com, but there was no trace of the amended booking. Mcconnechys further advised that my tyres had indeed arrived on Wednesday in time for the original booking date on Thursday which they did have a record of. Thankfully, mcconnechys managed to squeeze me in. They were very good. Tyresavings.com were not”

“Not a great first experience to be honest. Having promptly arrived at the allocated time slot 08:30 i was informed some time later that there was only one fitter in the facility and was tied up on other work. No tyre fitters available! I ended up having to take the new tyre and wheel on the back seat of my Jaguar to another local fitter (Imperial). Formula did take £20 off the bill and I had to pay £20 to the other fitting company some 1.5hrs later!!”

“Well ordering the tyres was easy and I was very happy with the price. I arranged for the fitting at a local formula 1 garage. On arrival at the appointment the garage couldn’t fit the tyres as they were not showing on their system so had to re book for a week later in the hope that they can be fitted. Not the best start really”

“you guys need to talk with our auto centres now. this is the 2 nd time that auto centre haven't got any clue about orders and they said that its been flagged with you so many times. but no luck!”

“Bought a tyre that was advertised at £58.68. When I got to fitting station was told that tyre not suitable to be fitted on both sides of the car despite no mention of this when I originally bought it. They charged me another £6.42 for the tyre that would be suitable for my spare. Never happy to purchase a product in good faith that the company have advertised correctly and then find you are charged more on arrival especially when they weren’t offering the best price for that tyre but happened to be a bit closer to where I lived. Not likely to use or recommend to anyone in the future.”

“I ordered the correct size according to my original tyres, however when i went to have them fitted i told they were the wrong ones as I needed them for a van not a car. No prompt on the order appeared, may be this could be added?”

“I had booked it through yourselves and thought it had been relatively easy and simple. However when I turned up for my booking at the chosen fitter, I was told that my tyre hadn’t arrived yet and that I wasn’t booked in... apparently I was told this happens all the time when booking through this company. I then had to go back home and come back when I was rung by the fitter when they was ready for me. Was not happy having to wait in for the day instead of getting my chosen time slot and having to do 2 runs to the fitter.”

“Tyre saving website was great and really easy to organise. The fitting however was disappointing. After I'd sat there over an hour and ten minutes I noticed that my car hadn't even been started on. I has to ask how long it would be as I needed to pick my son up 25 minutes later. I was then told it would take ten minutes and someone finally started work on my car. Twenty five minutes later I was finally out almost two hours after I had arrived. I was late to pick my son up from nursery. You are given an hour slot which I was five minutes early to. If your car won't be completed within that hour you should be told and given the option to leave. I can't drive my car away with no wheels and was then late to pick my baby up. I was really not impressed and won't be back. The staff however were pleasant.”

“Not great! Arrived and the garage didn't even know I was booked in? Tyres got fitted and they damaged my alloys by taking big chunks out of 3 of them!”

“Got to the Fitting Centre to get the tyres fitted, the young kid that worked there colluding find records or the tyres. The manager found the tyres but the young kid kept saying they are fully booked inspire of me having a booked appointment. The manager then made a few phone calls and verified the booking & the payment and got the tyres fitting. Tyresavers according to him did not send the email with a booking confirmation. I have used tyresavers before but never hd such a disappointing experience!!”
