Not a great first experience to be honest. Having promptly arrived at the allocated time slot 08:30 i was informed some time later that there was only one fitter in the facility and was tied up on other work. No tyre fitters available! I ended up having to take the new tyre and wheel on the back seat of my Jaguar to another local fitter (Imperial). Formula did take £20 off the bill and I had to pay £20 to the other fitting company some 1.5hrs later!!
