Arrived 10 mins early was told that there running behind due to an issue with tyres being fitted to the car before mine Didn’t have new tyre valves in stock Drove off to find the locking wheel nut had not been put back in car returned to garage said it was put back in then went to look up road and found it as it had been left on wheel Won’t be going back

I chose to use Formula one to fit my tyres bought from you. I am given a timeslot of 10.30 -11.30 am. I got a phone call from Formula one saying saying that I HAVE to be there at 10.30am. Unfortunately I couldn't locate the wheel nut and got there at 11.00am. They refused to fit my tyre at the time. Waste of time.

Easy enough to book, got turned away from appointment, told tyres did not arrive. Called customer service after leaving tyre centre embarrased to be told they did have the tyre's and they had proof of delivery, never got a call back from tyresavings with an update as told by operator but tyre centre suddenly did have tyres and called me back after calling operator. Stressful

Tyre savings booked me an appointment I could not keep so I tried to contact them by phone but there mailbox is full, tried to contact them online but they never replied. Contacted the tyre fitter direct who was very helpful and we sorted out a time that was convenient.

Work was done but they left a big scratch on my new Mercedes e class and the bloke denied doing this until looking at the cameras. Don’t use them.

When I arrived at F1 they had no slot for me due to an error on their part I had to leave my wheel and had to return next day to have my wheel fitted which meant a further 10 mile journey.

I arrived at my selected tyre fitters at my selected time to be told That tyre savings never book customers in you to call the fitters direct to arrange fitting

Buying the tyres on line was great and hassle free,but the tyre fitting service was very poor. You have a time slot and when you get there they tell you to leave your car and they will do it when they have time. This is not exceptable as on your website you have a time slot. I would think twice before using you again.

Great price, terrible service, had a booking to have 2 tyres fitted yesterday only to find the garage hadn’t received the tyres and no booking had been made with them

Not happy, I went to the local fitting center but You didn't tell them the booking time so I had to reshedule for the next Saturday

Good afternoon, Thank you for your review on Tyresavings.com. All our fitter's receiver the conformation the same time our customers do. We also have on our proof of deliveries all the information for the fitting, this is the depots for of conformation, so all parties are aware. We have a customer service help line where there is always someone on the end of the phone. We will take this on and look into this for future reference. Many thanks

I ordered tyres on system, got the confirmation email, then received email cancelling the order with no stock, re-ordered another brand, order was accepted then that was also cancelled with no stock, tried a third time and the order was agreed upon and confirmed, when I arrived at Tyre Garage on agreed day they had all three orders there, it seems your system is at fault. The Garage that fitted the Tyers was polite, quick and efficient, with wonderful service from them.

The garage which fitted the tyres seemed not to know anything about the appointment. The mechanic told us he had received nothing from you until after we had dropped the car off. Either he was telling porkies or your system doesn’t work. I suspect the former as he said he wondered why two tyres had been delivered the day before. Not sure he knew what was going on! Other than that, everything else was fine.

I had bad experience this time with Tyresaving. I have visit 3 times to get my Tyres. At first when I visited the Garage at my appointment time they told me my tyres are returned back when I called they said my order was cancelled but I did not receive any email. Then the my order was generated again when I arrived at Garage Second time on my appointment time they sent the wrong tyres. I have call again and arrange another appointment. Finally in my third appointment I got my tyres.

Booking on your site was easy, but when I got to the tyre centre where I booked they said that they were not informed about my booking and the man on the desk was very unfriendly and unhelpful and was going to send me away, but I stated that I have an email with a booking reference, to which he then went on to the computer system and decided that they would try and squeeze me in.

Payment system prevented me from completing the purchase for three days. Arrived at Just Tyres to find tyre had not been delivered so had to return ( round trip 30 miles) next day to have it fitted. Fitting service was excellent but process behind it lacking.

Ordered the tyres shown as available online, chose tyre service centre, ( F1 Auto centre Dartford) rearranged my work schedule,phoned tyre services centre to confirm date, then got email from tyre savings to say they have not got the tyres and can not get them so went to kwik-Fit who had 113?
