The fitting of the tyres was carried out at Wilco Motosave and the service there was very good. The one think that really upset me was the fact that tyre savings was actually recommended to me and when i went onto the web site to choose the tyres i was confronted by lots of discount codes of which possibly 95 % was for use with tyresavings ,yet when i tried to take advantage of the 5% discount code it wouldn't work so when i rang tyre savings direct and spoke to Megan and then Rob i was told that the adverts had nothing to do with tyresavings.com and therefore no discount would be given. I feel cheated and consequently i probably won't use tyresavings.com again or recommend them ,however i will use Wilco Motosave again. The fact is 5% is in itself a small amount however being a pensioner on a limited budget it helps but also the fact it was offered against tyres from tryesavings then to be told it has nothing to do with your company doesn't sit comfortably with me. My tyres were not delivered in time for my appointment and no communication was given to let me know. What a waste of time getting to the garage only to be told the tyres were not available to fit. Had to return the next day.

I feel the concept and idea of the web site is a good idea, you know and can compare the cost of tyres and then go and visit the garage and get them fitted.. sounds easy, however the garages are using your site to add on extras that were not included nor wanted.. The first attempt was ordering a tyre to be fitted at Burnt Mills tyres, when I arrived they told be they had ordered the wrong tyre and coud get me one this pm, of course the cost when up from £49.xx to £57.00 of which I refused. Leaving it a while I tried your services and decided to have then fitted in Jet Wheels Tyres in Benfleet, not being annoyed by sitting around for 70 minutes to have just one tyre fitted, they went out of their way to try and add extras onto the tyre, starting with balancing which I thought was included at £6 (which I paid) then having the tyre filled with nitrogen, then a visit into the garage to get another tyre warning light fitted (at £12) then after check my tracking they offered me to correct it at £42. I honestly felt that next they were going to offer to raise my mum from the dead for a fee!! I would strongly suggest that any monies to be paid is paid to you before the fitting takes place. I know you were not responsible for the above, but I feel you should closely look at who you are using for as fitters so your customers do not feel they are getting their wallet "raped" on a visit to what should be a simple job

I ordered 2 tyres through tyresavings.com on January 16th 2019 to be fitted on January 21st 2019. Placed the order and booked the local fitting centre all ok. Had confirmation of the order. Went to get them fitted and the local tyre fitting centre told me they had not been delivered. Why wasn't I told about this? I spoke to tyresaving.com and they told me they were low on stock and this was the reason they were not sent. I was told I could have them fitted 2 days later but I couldn't take the time off work as I already booked time off to get the tyres fitted in the first place. So I said not to worry about it. Such a shame as they offered such a good price for the tyres but was left frustrated when I was unable to get them fitted and needed them for the next day as my car had an MOT. I was going to leave a very poor experience but due to the fact they offered to sort the problem and apologized for the mistake I rated a poor experience instead. This is the first time I have used tyresavings.com and this has put me off using them again.

I ordered four tyres online from tyre savings. At first everything was fine and easy to choose my tyres. After placing my order i got a phone call to say two tyres were out of stock and wont be able to be ordered so changed to alternative tyres instead. Confirmed all four will still be fine to be replaced on my choosen fitting day. Got to the garage and only two tyres were delivered so have now had to get alternative tyres fitting at a higher price as i could not wait to reorder. Will not be using again.

Nice website and idea, but, garage not aware of booking and didn’t have tyres in stock as we were able to book on Friday for the Saturday.

Unfortunately I couldn't get my tyres fitted as the fitter called me saying he had no availability despite the site saying otherwise. The response from tyre saving was acceptable though as they explained he should have contacted them first. Unfortunately I have had to take my business elsewhere. I have to say I wasn't convinced by the fitters attitude

took one and haft hours at garage and tyres that were fitted all had different pressures in them so had to go and sort out pressures myself

I’m pleased with the saving made on a pair of tyres but I was sold an MOT that couldnt be carried out through lack of communication between the garage and tyre savings.com. So as a result caused more disruption to my daily requirement for my car during the day for work. Not impressed!

The garage that I used was great and I have no problem with there service. However when arriving the tyres that I ordered had not yet been delivered. Luckily the garage had some other tyres that they had in stock.

Tyres delivered to garage without paperwork so garage could not fit at booked in time, Had to be done the following day when garage very bizzy..No apology received from Tyresave,although they informed garage they would phone and do so..Not a very slick operation,in fact typical useless British service.The fitting.Garage was excellent.

Hi, Thank you for your valued feedback. I am very sorry to hear the garage could not locate the paperwork for your appointment. When a booking is placed the garage receives an automated email with the date and time of the fitting so they can then log that onto their system, so there is no excuse for your experience. I apologise for us not getting in contact with you, we understood the garage were happy to arrange a new fitting slot directly with yourself. We feel it is a smoother system arranging directly with the garage in these rare situations as you can arrange a time and date that is convenient for both yourself and the fitting centre. I am very sorry you haven't received a much deserved apology for this major inconvenience. I have raised the issue with the depot responsible for delivering the tyres and the paperwork. I have also forwarded the details of this booking to our IT department to investigate further into why the automated email was not picked up on. Without customer feedback we're unable to refine our practices to make sure we can provide future customers with the best service possible. I am very sorry to hear that your fitting took longer than expected, as our fitting partners use state of the art equipment they often have very high workloads. Also due to the nature of the business it is unfortunately very easy to over run on what could appear to be the simplest of jobs. That being said, we still expect high levels of customer service and the garage should have tried to contact you before the fitting if they knew they were running late. I have taken down the details of the fitting centre and will raise a complaint with their head office, specifying the need to comply with the time slots. The tyre fitter had no idea I was going to get tyre fitted, they were busy at the time I had chosen so had to hang around. They had no info on payment so it took a further 40 mins to sort out what I had to pay and how they put it through their system.

My first apointment was refuse without any reasons thats why im not happy cause I need to move all my busy week.. But the second apointment was made for next Day So was not very bad..

Albeit the purchase process was good, the actual fitting was appalling as the garage did not know of the timeslot that was allocated and I had to return to the garage later in the day and even then I had to wait another hour as they were short staffed. I appreciate that this was probably not the fault of Tyreservices and that the garage perhaps should have checked what was due in that day? The chap at the garage said that Tyreservices did not check with the fitting garage before setting time slots?

Didn't use your service in the end as you sent me an email, after the initial confirmation of the time slot, to say that there was problem obtaining the tyres that were ordered for a Saturday fitting and you had changed my appointment to Tuesday. Unfortunately I was not in the area on Tuesday so had to make alternative arrangements with another on line supplier.

Webbsite good and easy to use. Chose a time slot and a local tyre fitting company. Tyre price was good. Good comms from Tyre Savings - told me tyre was on its way etc to fitting station. Arrived at fitting station - they don't do slots!!!! Took 1 1/2 hours to fit. never had this with ASDA tyres - whay offer slots if the fitting station dont use them.

Order Reference: TYSAV10412 The online booking process worked very well and the combination of price and availability of a local fitter within the time window I wanted swung the deal. However, on arrival at the fitter (Formula One Autocentres) at the appointed time, the process began to unravel. Fitter said they had no record of my appointment and had no paperwork for the tyres that had been delivered and no idea how they were to take payment. A 35 minute delay ensued as fitter phoned around to confirm account codes, etc before proceeding. When I got home I found the fitter had badly damaged the paint on one of my alloy wheels (Photos available), which will now require repair. Overall, a disappointing experience, due to the disconnect between tyresavings.com and the contracted fitter and the poor service received and damage done to vehicle.
