Good price.... shame about the service received. Over 2 hours to fit tyres. Poor customer service received which was a shame as wanted to support local business.

Hi Thank you for your Feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you had a long wait at the fitting centre, having your 4 tyres fitted. We would normally expect 1 tyre to take 15-20 minutes to fit, maybe a little longer if a large size or runflats. I will speak with the fitting centre to check why your fitting took longer than anticipated and to try ensure nothing like this happens again. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. Hi Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry that you had a long wait at the fitting centre having your 4 tyres fitted and for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We would normally say to allow 15-20 per tyre for a fitting and maybe longer if the tyres are a special fitment such as runflats or of a larger size. I will speak with the fitting centre to check why your fitting took longer than expected and to see if there is anything we can do in order to prevent something like this happening again. Great price for budget tyres , unfortunately when I turned up for fitment, I was told that my allocated time slot was not available nor had it been arranged prior by tyre saving.com . There seems to be a communication problem between tyresaving.com and the garages they use . Had to wait 2hrs extra .

Used tyre savings cause they let me pay on the day rather than up front. I was booked in at 12.30 so turned up at 12.20 only to be told they shut in ten mins! Not good.

Your service is spoilt because you do not communicate with the tyre fitting company. You alow me to book a time that is convenient for me without checking with the fitter that they can accomodate me at that time. That leads to long delays and a waste of my time. This inefficency on your part gives you a poor image and will lose you recomendations and potential customers.

When I arrived at the tyre fitting location at the appointment time my order had not been transferred into their booking system. As I was the first appointment for the day they could not start the job until Head Office opened and manually added the order to their internal job system. I had 30 minutes of wasted time waiting for this to happen,

If you tell a customer to make an appointment with the fitter then you must ensure the tyres are there. Twice they were not. You cannot expect repeat business if you don’t perform
