“I visited your website, found a tyre I wanted and went to book a fitting station. I was in a rush and because your booking system offered me a next day slot I booked the tyre and fitting. I arrived at the garage to be told I didn’t have a slot on their system despite producing evidence of my booking. The garage refused to fit my tyre and I had to rebook for the following day. I am a disabled driver and need my vehicle on the road and if I’d been made aware I couldn’t have next day service when on your website. I wouldn’t have booked with your business and kept searching a more suitable solution. The price and actual tyre were good. But service has massively let you down. I will be using my normal tyre suppler going forward and wouldn’t recommend your site to my friends or family.”

“Canceled my order. Not even send e-mail to my garage let them know and I have to find tyre because of MOT. Waste time and money. I will not use Tyre Savings any more and not give recomendatiion to my friends. Thank you.”

“Ordered tyres online & a booking for fitting at easiest to get to Formula 1 centre which is 22 miles away. Arrived at the appointment time to find that the tyres had not been delivered to Formula 1 and were not due to be delivered until approx 5 hours later. Had to make a revised booking & return later in the day. No problem you may think, but my vehicle (Mitsubishi L200 auto) does about 27mpg so in a round trip of 44 miles at £1.80/ litre £13.34 of diesel wasted and an hour of my time. Hardly worth the saving made on the tyres with Tyre Savings”

“Where do I start I went yesterday to get my tyres done they had no information about my booking told me to come back in a few hours. Which I couldn’t as my daughter was poorly at home. I was referred by a friend who told me that the tyres get done within your hour time slot this wasn’t the case. I walked away with no new tyres told to go back Saturday at 8.30 asked if they need any of my details and they couldn’t find me on the system they said no. Now I will have to wait and see what happens on Saturday.”

“I had no expectations as I'd not used them before. My appointment was pushed back as they were very busy which was fine, the downside was when they worked on my car they had run out of time. I had four new tyres fitted but they couldn't align the wheels due to an issue. The odd comment was made on them not making any money out of my visit as I'd ordered the tyres to be fitted. But what I found unbelievable is that I was informed my front and rear brakes had been checked and they were all good, upon driving away I heard a crunching noise and just put it down to the new tyres or a bit of grit, however the drive home proved otherwise. I returned to the branch and was informed by another mechanic that the inside brake pad had worn and the noise was metal on metal, and that all front pads and discs needed replacing. Even I could see that the pads and discs needed replacing, how could a mechanic / tyre fitter miss this. It was put down to experience. They did offer to replace them but they're not near home, and as this was missed on my first visit this put me off going back to them. The tyres are a different brand to those I usually purchase but so far so good and I can't complain about the value.”
