“Good range of keenly priced tyres and an easy ordering process. Excellent tyre fitting service now supplied by Chard tyre and motor service. This is a vast improvement on the very poor premises of John Beer Motor services.”

“Ordered on line, found choosing the right tyres for my car easy with information given by Tyre Savings, and the free fitting done by my local garage went without a hitch. Form ordering to fitting took just three days, not to forget the saving made on the tyres, cheaper than local garage prices”

“Tyre supplier despatched deformed tyres to the fitting centre, then replaced them the same day with same again (deformed) so didn't get the tyres fitted on the day I booked, had to go back the next day, fitting centre eventually fitted different tyres at the same price. Cost me 2.5 hours in wasted time and a lost days holiday. Not the best experience.”

“Booked tyres and turned up on date and time at location and the tyres was not there and was no booking made with the company as tyre savings never sent the booking or the tyres.”

“Tyre Savings we’re brilliant but the fitters, Formula One, we’re dreadful. They didn’t have the original booking and told me it was my fault for not phoning. Only after Tyre Savings checked with them did they admit it was down to them. They booked me in the following day but it took 90 minutes rather than the hour as per the original booking. I would use Tyre Savings again but will avoid Formula One in future.”

“Total disaster from beginning to end really. Appointment made with several days lead time, fitting centre phoned directly to advise no availability so rearranged for following day, then an email from Tyre Savings to advise tyres not available for delivery by original booked date, advised that fitting centre had already changed booking for following day. They didn't know this and in any case couldn;t guarantee tyres would be there by then. AGreed to change to three days later to allow for tyre delivery. Tyre Savings confirmed by email they ahd arranged a fitting time with fitting centre, only for me to arrive and for fitting centre to say they had never been told and couldnt fit as staff had already gone home. On complaining, was advised they could arrange for replacement tyres to be delivered to a different fitting centre 17 miles away, but a whole four days further on. At this point, gave up and have no intention of ever using again or recommending to anyone. Genuine shambles and no interest in getting it right for the customer. Avoid at all costs, plenty other reasonable options in the marketplace who have never let me down like this outfit.”

“I booked an appointment, received the confirmation, all good until I went to the fitter location. They said that there's no tyres fitter available and they can't do the job. I didn't received any cancellation email, sms or call before. I lost one day of work and still no tyres on my car. I gave one star due to no option for zero. First time when I book with you and a very bad experience.... To be honest, at the moment, I wouldn't recommend you to anyone...”

“First class service. Easy to use website to check and order tyres for my car. Tyres were fitted on car while I went for a quick walk and a coffee. Returned in just over an hour and my car was ready to drive away. Excellent service by the tyre fitters at Wilco. Great overall service.”

“Booked a tyre for local fitting, took a day off for the Tuesday fitting, had email on the Monday to say tyre wudnt b there due to supply, and to rebook for the Wednesday, mailed them to say I cudnt do Wednesday, but could do it on the Saturday, no reply ti any mails , phoned the garage , was told the tyre was actually there on the original booking for Tuesday”

“Second time using Tyre Savings, the only issue I had was when making the payment to the garage (Halfords) the amount I was going to get charged was greater than I had been quoted. When I questioned this the garage sorted the payment to what I had been quoted, hence why I am still giving this a 5 star review.”
