“Very happy. Simple process and had the most competitive prices. Arrived at the installer who was expecting me and went off seemlessly. Will certain use them again.”

“Shocking service!!!! Never again. Cancelled my first fitting. Second fitting, travelled 45 minutes,arrived at the allotted time stated 11:30am. To be told I would have to come back at 3pm. Will not be using again!!!”

“Turned up at appointment time, tyres weren't available so had to male another appointment. Wa ste of time and petrol. Would have been nice to be told in advance about this and saved the time and journey. When tyres were eventually fitted all went smoothly.”

“Fantastic service from Ryan and lee today Even though they were running late as previous customer was late turning up we still had out tyres fitted in allocated time Both very pleasant guys, we will definitely be using tyre savings Epsom in the future and recommending to our family and friends”

“If I could give 0 I would. Fitter cancelled appointment at short notice, wouldn't reschedule, spent hours trying to phone Tyre Savings, can't get through on phone. E mails unanswered, cancelled order and re-ordered through a competitor.”

“The tyres were correctly supplied and of recent manufacture but the tyre fitting service was not satisfactory. When I bought the tyres online I booked the car in for fitting at 10.30 am at my chosen tyre fitting centre on the Tyre Savings website. However, when I arrived at the tyre centre at 10.30 am I was informed by the centre manager that the 10.30 am fitting time had not been agreed with the tyre centre and it would not be possible to fit the tyres until 12.30 pm. He informed me that the booking system on the Tyre Savings website does not link with the booking system of the chosen tyre centre, so the latter has no idea when the customer will arrive for tyre fitting. This is not satisfactory for either the customer or the chosen tyre centre and needs sorting out. It would make me think twice about ordering from Tyre Savings again.”
