“The reg plate tyre picker didn’t work and it selected the wrong size tyres so had to get top of the range tyres in a different size because that’s all they had in so what should have been £192 was £272 cheers”

“Turned up at the designated fitting centre and was told he didn't have my tyres as he no longer deals with Tyresavings because they are a nightmare company to deal with. He has asked them to remove his details from their website but they haven't, so people still turn up as I did, expecting to get their tyres but Tyresavings haven't sent them. So obviously didn't get my tyres, wasted time and fuel going to the fitting centre and all for nothing. At least I hadn't paid for the tyres in advance through the website as I probably would have lost the money as well. From my experience, I would not recommend this company.”

“All good, easy to book on line. I altered my initial order, which proved to be a dodle. Burscough Tyres and Tyresavings staff very helpful and made all the arrangements. This will be the second time I've used this service and would do again.”

“After booking though tyer saved I was originally satisfied I had my order and my time slot booked in , the day before my appointment it was cancled and I was informed I had to choose a new fitter. The choice was limited but luckily I managed to find a local one able to do it and they were brilliant. But the overall customer service I received from tyre savings was questionable”

“A little disappointed. Ordered my tyres on Monday and fitting at a nearby fitting centre the following day. Received a call that afternoon informing me that the tyres would not be at the centre for the appointment - rebooked for Wednesday. Arrived Wednesday to be informed that they had not arrived, not unusual apparently! Returned on Thursday to find that the tyres had arrived. Following an issue with my locking wheel nut key, I finally got them changed on Saturday. Not all Tyre Savings fault but not as slick as the website leads you to believe.”
