“Three times I've been back to the same garage and still haven't had my tyres done. So I've cancelled my order. Tyre savinga have been useless. There phoneline just doesn't work. It cuts you off instead of putting you on hold. The social media team never got back to me and I've had two emails back. One of the emails suggested I was making it up that a tyre fitter wasn't available. I've barely had a sorry and I've done 120 miles of driving and wasted 5 hours of my time to still not have new tyres on the car. Go with Halfords. It was £10 more but I had no issues. Tyre savings are awful, as is the garages they use. I've now had no contact for 3 days with no form of compensation.”

“Replaced the low mileage 2 front tyres of my campervan. Staff were sensible enough to question why I was replacing what seemed to be perfectly good tyres. But their closer inspection revealed the age mark made them 11 years old and the tyre shoulders were beginning to crack. My new tyres were budget and a very reasonable price. As I waited I observed how the manager went the extra mile accommodating other customers (stuck locking wheel nut, builders van with slow puncture) Great customer service, efficient, honest and hardworking team. I won’t hesitate to use Tyresavings at Kirkby again. Happy to recommend.”

“Tyre service were spoilt on but the fitters were shocking the tried to put the front tyres on the rear rims and vice versa this is on my X5 they hadn't got a clue the damage 3 of my alloys then said it wasn't them even though I have video evidence,the whole thing was a nightmare you need to take f 1 off your tyre fitters list they are not doing You any favours.”

“Good price. First booking was delayed. Second booking the tyres were not there when I travelled to get there and third booking the invoice was £150 more than my quoted price”

“Booked two tyre changes at a local garage through this website, turned up at my slot to find out the garage was fully booked! Apparently they had informed Tyresavings, who had failed to contact me! Really poor service!”

“Appalling! Booked for 1pm Thursday at Formula One Autocentre, Chester. Arrived on time to be told they couldn' fit the tyres because they had not been informed by Tyresavings.com. Not particularly impressed I rearranged to return and have tyres fitted at 2pm Saturday. This time I was met by a very abusive and threatening fitter who basically told me to leave the car keys and he would let me know when the tyres were fitted - most likely at the end of the day! I left, I won't be returning.”

“Happy with the choice of tyres and prices but unfortunately my booking wasn't carried through to the fitting centre even though they had the tyres delivered, so the fitting wasn't able to be done on the day because of this and shortage of staff, it wasn't a problem as i took the wheels off the car myself and took them in and the car isn't in daily use, but i would of liked to get the job done and dusted in one day, but the centre pulled out all the stops and got the tyres fitted for collection the day after so all is well, thank you !”

“Despite a few reservations after reading some reviews, everything went as planned. Tyres were at the fitting centre on the day expected, due to unforseen circumstances I missed my appointment, but agreed a new one over the phone and tyres were fitted at the price on my order, almost £20 cheaper than I could find elsewhere. No complaints would definitely use again.”

“The tyre fitters Just Tyres were most helpful and checked my tyres before starting fitting.I had a buckled wheel and they advised a place to get it repaired and then to return to have the tracking sorted out .Tyre savings was the cheapest I could find so that is why I went through them”
