“I haven't had my tyres fitted yet only one got delivered to the garage with no news on were the other 3 tyres are never mind when I will get them fitted not a good service at all”

“Arrived on time and after 1 hour and 10 minutes I checked the progress only to be told my car was next on the ramp. I had to get back to work and therefore left without any new tyres.”

“Turned up at 8.30 for early morning firing as requested. told no Tyres had been delivered Recalled after driving away returned to be told they had found only one tyre ? Told they would call me again when both tyres delivered for next day. Received no call so went and got tyres elsewhere. Very poor experience and the lowest possible customer care from fitter in Crayford involved”

“Tyres weren't at the fitting centre. Apparently they were shipped to another location. Took a day off to get mine and my wife cars tyres done. Whole day wasted and bow have to take another day to get them fitted from elsewhere.”

“After a series of e-mails saying everything was on plan - I recieved one on Thursday saying the tyres were having to be shipped from another depot and would not be available for fitting on Saturday. Needless to say - unimpressed.”

“Typed my number plate into the website and gave me the wrong size tyres for my car so couldn’t get them fitted. Avoid using these”

“One star for tyre savings who did change my appointment time. Zero customer service for SW Tyres Ltd who aggressively refused to honour appointment time turned out the contents of my boot looking for nut screws and made me feel upset by their confrontational attitude. This was the second time using them after they changed the wrong tyre last time. Will never use them again appalled at their lack of customer service even walking off whilst my card payment went through so it had to be voided and done again. The rude man was the owner.”

“Horrible service. They book me appointment I went there and nobody know anything about it. I ring them but no answer just a voice mail. Tried few times without a result, of course I left a message and they suppose to call me back. Week later nothing happens. Don't waste your time get someone else.”

“Tyre fitters at Glasgow’s Partick McConechy’s could have earned a 10 if they would not have left the new tyres and my wheels covered with the solution they use for fitting tyres (what a mess), so only a 2 I’m afraid.”

“TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. BOOKED TYERS TRAVELLED 20 MILES TO GET FITTED, GARAGE WAS AWARE OF BOOKING BUT TYRES HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. GARAGE CALLED TYRESAVINGS.COM ONLY TO BE TOLD THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE TYERS IN STOCK....NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER, SHOCKING!!!!”

“After reminding me by mail 3 times during the week, when I got their for the time and date stated, they advised me that they had no recollection of my appointment. So annoying I wi never use this service again”

“Booked my tyre fitting for the permissable time frames, and arrived at the allotted time. No tyre had been delivered in spite of a confirmation email. Was told there was a courier issue but it would be delivered within an hour. It actually was delivered 5 hours after this, by which time I was left with no option but to elsewhere. Very poor service, will not be using ir recommending Tyre services to anyone.”

“Tried cancelling this order after reading the appalling reviews of the only local garage suggested by tyre savings only to have my email retuned as it's not a monitored mailbox? I would of quite happily changed garages if I could get a reply, but alas I went to another local tyre fitter and was glad I did as even they commented on the suggested garages mistakes they had rectified, I have 20k car and do not want it molested tyre savings I think you need to "check a trade" and read the garage reviews 🥺”

“Having accepted my order took over a day to say they couldn’t source the tyres they offered me, this set me back but found excellent service at Halfords Auto Centre Lymington - so it all worked out for the better but all took longer than I wanted.”

“Not a good service ordered tyre, tyre now on route to your booked garage ready for fitting. Turn up at the location I booked only to find it closed 4 or 5 months ago. Considering the delivered my tyre have no idea were that went. So in the end went to local garage they had one in stock, but had to pay over the odds for it as I needed it doing I could not wait another 2 days. No communication to say there was and issue at any time. The first email I get is can you write a review. Yes don't use there are other online tyre company's out there that do a much better job at about the same price.”
