“Would not use again. Got to appointment on time, centre did not have us booked in. They were not expecting us and they said they would try and fit in but after 3 hrs still not fitted so left.”

“Tires didn’t turn up at my selected garage in time for my appointment so I wasted an afternoon off work and a 20mile trip as I wasn’t informed!! Bad service wouldn’t recommend”

“Arrived on time for fitting, fitter had now knowledge of appointment. After searching through computer records Found information on a part of system not associated with booking. Due to this the booking slots were all full! So had to leave car and see if they could fit it in. Sorry not impressed, will not be recommending your service..”

“Called garage , when can you fit ? Come along and we will fit in 15 mins . I arrived , garage we can’t fit leave car .me : you said you could fit . Garage : no we never . Me your telling lies stick your tyres I’m out of here”

“You didn't actually book my tyre fitting appointment. I put aside time on the weekend to go to the mechanics, and when they arrived they told me that Tyre Savings hadn't made the appointment that I'd specified, and that this was a common problem with Tyre Savings. Would not use again.”

“When I got to tyre fitting center, No tyres had been sent. I had had email confirming time and that the two new tyres would be there. Very disappointed! ☹️”

“my experience with Tyre Savings is abismall. I saved a tiny amount but then had to spend much more on the running to and from the fitters because tyre savings did not notify the garage of the appointment again!!!! The promise of an appointed fitting slot did not happen and I had everything to arrange myself.....I am not a happy chappie !!!!!!”

“Unfortunately not the best experience I got a delivery and fitting date which was a Friday and that was perfect then to receive an email my tyres will not be delivered until the Tuesday I wasn’t best pleased , Regards Mark”

“Ordered 2 tyres for my car last Thursday (subsequently had an email to say they were on their way) and arranged the fitting appointment for Monday morning. Arrived at garage and was informed the tyres hadn't arrived, left my number for the garage to call me when they turn up (now Thursday) still not heard anything.”

“Tyre company used were very negative complained that they were not aware I was booked in even though tyres had been delivered would not provide me with an invoice even after going back twice as they said printer was broken asked for email copy still waiting!! Delete this fitter from your approved dealers.”

“Booked a time slot and had time off work to fit tyres on the car. Arrived at the fitting station just to be told the tyres haven't arrived yet. There was no communication upfront from either Tyresavings nor the fitting station and now having to rearrange another appropriate time for myself”

“Booked an appointment at selected garage for 13:30-14:30... only to arrive at 13:20 and be told the garage doesn’t honour time slots and I had to leave the car with them until 5pm. Manager of the garage was very rude and couldn’t give me an estimated time for the work to be completed. Reason I chose your website was because it offered a specific time slot where I could have the tyres fitted on my way home from work, as I live 35 mins drive away!... told the garage I no longer wanted the tyres as I was disgusted with the customer service. There is clearly an issue between what you are offering on your website and what the garage are willing to work to! Took my business elsewhere now, won’t be using yourselves or any Formula 1 garage again!”

“Went to tyre place at time I booked they said its not through them it's through third party so will be over hour wait what's point booking a time and it's not comicated to tyre place so I left and went somewhere else pointless”

“We arrived at agreed time but nobody not wait us, Formula One Autocentres said that havent any appointment for us today, shame service, as we changed our plans for this and did return on weekend only.”
