“TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. BOOKED TYERS TRAVELLED 20 MILES TO GET FITTED, GARAGE WAS AWARE OF BOOKING BUT TYRES HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. GARAGE CALLED TYRESAVINGS.COM ONLY TO BE TOLD THE ORDER HAD BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE TYERS IN STOCK....NO COMMUNICATION WHAT SO EVER, SHOCKING!!!!”

“After reminding me by mail 3 times during the week, when I got their for the time and date stated, they advised me that they had no recollection of my appointment. So annoying I wi never use this service again”

“Booked my tyre fitting for the permissable time frames, and arrived at the allotted time. No tyre had been delivered in spite of a confirmation email. Was told there was a courier issue but it would be delivered within an hour. It actually was delivered 5 hours after this, by which time I was left with no option but to elsewhere. Very poor service, will not be using ir recommending Tyre services to anyone.”

“Tried cancelling this order after reading the appalling reviews of the only local garage suggested by tyre savings only to have my email retuned as it's not a monitored mailbox? I would of quite happily changed garages if I could get a reply, but alas I went to another local tyre fitter and was glad I did as even they commented on the suggested garages mistakes they had rectified, I have 20k car and do not want it molested tyre savings I think you need to "check a trade" and read the garage reviews 🥺”

“Having accepted my order took over a day to say they couldn’t source the tyres they offered me, this set me back but found excellent service at Halfords Auto Centre Lymington - so it all worked out for the better but all took longer than I wanted.”

“Not a good service ordered tyre, tyre now on route to your booked garage ready for fitting. Turn up at the location I booked only to find it closed 4 or 5 months ago. Considering the delivered my tyre have no idea were that went. So in the end went to local garage they had one in stock, but had to pay over the odds for it as I needed it doing I could not wait another 2 days. No communication to say there was and issue at any time. The first email I get is can you write a review. Yes don't use there are other online tyre company's out there that do a much better job at about the same price.”

“Ordered tyres, but when I got there to have them fitted I was told they weren't there and I was to come back in the afternoon so I asked what time they could do it and they said I just have to come in and wait as they have other Internet bookings. The whole point of booking online was to get a time slot so I wasn't waiting around. I therefore did not have the tyres fitted and went elsewhere.”

“Tyre fitting service was terrible, two fitters in depot and one was constantly on the phone taking calls. Sat waiting for an hour before leaving without the new tyres. Poor service and won’t be using it again.”

“Phoned and ordered tyres three weeks before fitting date. Arrived on time on the day and the tyres hadn't been delivered, called and was kept on the call for 15minutes whilst tried to find out what happened. I gave up in the end and bought tyres from local fitter. Took time off work to get tyres fitted. Won't use again.”

“Not happy at all Put registration in was told had a choice of tyre too pick from selected 4 tyres was told they where the correct tyres for my vehicle Was given a price that I was happy too pay Was asked where I would like them fitted chose Formula 1 stevenage Was told too be there at 12.30 next day Arrived at 12.20 was greeted by a member of staff who told me that there was a 2 hour wait and that they dont do pre booked appointments Waited 2 and a half hours only too be told that the tyres where incorrect for my vehicle he then proceeded too offer my there own tyres for twice as much or I could wait 5 days for them too get replacements over all very unhappy as I had too take time out from my work Very unhappy about this and the overall outcome”

“I was sent the wrong tyres. You was informed of this. I gave you my van registration and was sent tyres the correct size but not commercial.”

I have tested the site and can see the tyres recommended by our website were as the picture attached. When looking at your order, I can see that you have ordered a different load rating to that recommended. All our Van tyres, are also highlighted by a van symbol. I will raise the issues you have faced with our Tech team to see if there is any other way in which we can highlight this in order to try prevent anything like this happening again. “Disaster. I ordered a full set of tyres to be fitted at my local Formula one fitting centre. I took the morning off of work on the day of the appointment to be told that they couldn’t fit my tyres to the type of wheels that I wanted them to be fitted to. After going back and forth with Formula One and Tyre Savings, I was getting nowhere. An alternative tyre fitters literally 5 minutes away from Formula One looked at my wheels and assured me that they could easily fit the tyres without any issues. At this short notice, I wasn’t able to locate the tyres I needed that morning so after a few more hours my only choice was to go back to Formula One and pay the fully fitted price for the 4 tyres (even though Formula One wasn’t fitting them!!!) only to have to take them to another tyre fitters and pay extra money to get them fitted. Not the experience I expected.”

“I've ordered tyres, drove miles to the fitter formula 1 and the tyres not arrived, they have not any paper work for my tyres from Tyressavings. So am not recommended you!”
