“Attended the tyre fitting station as per my appointment however the fitting station was not able to carry out the tyre fitting due to equipment problems.”

“order TYSAV45387. gave 10 days for delivery or atleast to inform me dont have the tyres. went to tyre shop waited 45 minutes and then they said they havent been delivered. not tyre shop fault. next day tyres i orderee went up £16 EACH.. So i think that sums up why they werent sent. i shall give you one last try sometime”

“Well… i bought 2 tyres Trazano and tyres Saving didn’t send the right tyres. Tyres fitted was completely different. I tried to contact the Tyre Savings more than 10x. Never answered. Terrible experience don’t waste your time.”

“Worst service I could have imagined. Your appointment system doesn’t line up with the garage’s so when I turned up at my appointment time, they informed me they were fully booked and couldn’t fit me in. I rearranged the appointment for the following day but when they went to fit the tyres, they were damaged to the extent they wouldn’t inflate and had to be removed. During this time I tried to get in contact with your company but nobody answered the phone. I went elsewhere in the end. Dreadful service.”

“Absolutely useless service. Ordered 2 tyres on a Monday and booked the earliest appointment for the Saturday. Turned up for the appointment to be told you only delivered 1 tyre!!! You had one job to achieve and that was to deliver 2 tyres in 5 days and you couldn’t achieve that!!! Garage offered NO help, advice or alternative either. Never going to use again”

“You sent me, and apparently others to a garage that is no longer linked with your page, so a waste of time and fuel, not to mention the fact I have to rebook to get borderline tyres replaced. Never use again. Rubbish.”

“Booking the tyres was easy. After travelling nine miles to get them fitted it would have been helpful if they had arrived. The fitting service and my own email went unanswered as to why my tyres were not delivered. I have been told that the prices are very competitive but it's helpful to actually receive the product some explanation would have been useful.”

“I have used you previously and always good . But on this occasion you cancelled the order . Saying you could not provide the four tyres . I booked same with National Tyres . They had them and did for the same price .”

“Awful company, went to the garage I booked and they had no booking. The address of the garage was also wrong on the booking confirmation. Waste of time, and I’ll be recommending that no one does business with you in future.”

“Booked online ..... Fine or so I thought. Short while after booking confirmation arrived i received an email telling me the chosen station couldn't fit and to book another . But none of the listed fitting centres were within a reasonable distance..... So I cancelled and used a local centre which cost a bit more but done them more or less straight away”

“Absolutely terrible. Booked one place and then got an email to say tyres out of stock and I should rebook. Then I got another email confirming my original booking! Then J got an email about the rebooked appointment saying there was a mistake with e booking date and they would rebook it for me… they didn’t reply! Checked with the garage and they had no record of me, checked with the second garage and same thing there! So I cancelled tyresavings and booked direct with a garage instead. Steer clear!”

“order my tyres , fitting was in London atAngel Recovery Ltd 1-3 Tent Street ALDGATE London E1 5DQ when i get there,i was told guy witch doing tyres dont show to work . Guy there told me my tyres are there and another fitter will be there in about max 2h ( booking was on 19:00) .i set fine i will go home and come back. No call same day or in next day from them!!!!!”

“Avoid ! Absolutely Rubbish, they did not honour their commitment. On the day of the install I received an email to say they have to postpone my order as the tyres were not available. I wrote back in the morning to say I’m will to take my car to another centre where there is availability I had a reply in evening to say not possible. They called me with one bell and hung up. Wrote back saying they tried calling me so many times but no response lol. Never again Never use their service or products…total shambles.”

“I have used tyresavings in the past and been very pleased. However this time I booked with a local garage for the upcoming Saturday, as that is my day off work, within 30 mins the same garage messaged me to say they hadn't got any appointments until the following Wednesday. I then emailed Tyresavers to tell them I'd like to rebook with another garage that could do the Saturday. I heard nothing back from Tyresavers so needless to say my money was spent with an alternate supplier.”

“Tyres purchased on line and appt booked to be fitted only to receive an e mail saying package was damaged and no.more left!!! Really???? Never had any in the 1st place I guess. Then offered a cheaper version. No thanks poor service”

“Very bad service I ordered 3 tyres and i took a day off from work to fit new tyres I went to tyre shop and they told me they don't work with tyre saving anymore on Monday I called customer service for 20 in the end some answers the phone I told what happened and lady told me let me find out what happened and I will call you back, today is Wednesday still no response what a service from tyre saving”
