Dreadful. Had to reschedule as tyres weren't going to be at the fitting centre on the Saturday, so then had to go on a weekday with my 6 year old daughter. Took 2 1/4 hours to change 2 front tyres and do tracking. Got home checked tyre age 2017. Will never use these people again. Back to black circles for me.

I turned up at the specified garage, they new nothing about my appointment, no tyres to fit my car and said to get in contact with tyresave to get things sorted, waisted journey and a mornings time,very disappointed

Turned up at the place for fitment early to see if it could be done, Mechanic told me to come back as my tyre wasn't even there, I went away and called the customer services helpline to be cut off about 5-6 times, finally got through and spoke to a lady that was really helpful, she called the mechanic and after investigating the issue called me right back, they found that my tyre got delivered to the next door garage due to the tyre fitter being closed at the time, I have gave the rating due to the lady on the phone otherwise it would be alot lower due to the lads saying hello then cutting me off, as for the lady 10/10 keep up the good work

After reading other reviews, I rang Formula One in Harrow the morning of my appointment, who said they couldn't fit me in at the time of my booking. Thankfully, we were able to rearrange at a mutually convenient time. Formula One were excellent, and next time, I will go to them directly.

I initially found this to be cheapest price for 2 tyres. I was given a choice of tyre fitter locations and chose Formula 1 to carry out work. Time slot was chosen on a date of my chouce. I duely arrived on time to be told they don't do the time slots and have informed Tyre Savi gs. Com of that fact. I was asked to leave my vehicle with them for afternoon and they'd call me once they could fit vehicle in. They were busy. So, be forewarned, you may have an extremely long wait. Plus, F1 tyres would have supplied and fitted tyres for a cheaper price!

Really poor experience. I had an appointment booked at 12:30 pm for tyre fitting. I arrived there around 12:20 , they asked me to wait for and hour as they had other vehicles to deal with. I sat in my car and waited until 2pm Only to be told it would take another hour or so. Why give appointments when you can't stick to it. I do understand there could be slight delays, but 2 hrs wait is crazy!! Finally u couldn't wait anymore and had to return home without tyres being fitted. Really disappointed and would never recommend tyre savings to anyone for the lack of professionalism of the fitter.

Quite frankly, the service was awful. The tyre fitting place had no record of the appointment and consequently hadn't received the tyre.

Really disappointed, I went at the time I read directed. Tyresavings.com had only tolf them I needed 3 when my email has confirmed 4 tyres. In additon, the garage had no functioning tyre machine. Wasted my morning

Useless!!! When I contacted the fitting company the day before to confirm they said we don't do online orders on a Saturday. So time wasted and no tyres fitted.

The times did not coincide and I had to wait for over an hour for someone to do the tyres who still did not arrive in the stipulated time frame, finally I left and rearranged for another date.

Waste of time, ordered on line to be fitted at a local garage on Saturday morning. I attended the garage at the time stated only to be told that they had received no information from tyre savings. They confirmed that tyres had been delivered but no appointment🤷‍♂️A Saturday morning off work for no reason. Email sent on the Saturday morning, no response apart from a feedback request!!! There you have it I won’t use this service again

Having arrived at my designated time of 2.30 pm, work on my car did not commence until around 3.45.furthermore,a lady who arrived after me, had work done to her car before me, which took a good 45 minutes at least, because she knew one of the guys who work at this place. This is fact, because I had a long conversation with her. When work finally started on my car, I honestly could, nt believe how long it took the guy to change my two tyres. He could not have taken any longer if he tried. And all this time I had to wait in sub zero temperatures. Then when it came to pay for the work, I was asked for a card payment, of which there was no mention of when I made my booking. Also when work was completed, and I had to drive my car out of the work area(why) the plastic seat cover had not been removed by the tyre fitter, which given the covid concerns, should surely have been removed first. Also, driving in to this centre, looking for Strathclyde tyres? Well it says McConnechys everywhere, until you get to reception and there is a small sign saying Strathclyde tyres. Very confusing as to whether it's the correct place or not. So to sum up, my booking was for 2.30 pm, another customer/friend of staff member got took(incorrectly) before me, and I didn't leave the centre till 4.40 pm, 2 hrs and 10 minutes after arriving for 2 new tyres. Obviously not what you want to be reading, but never again will I use this company, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The whole experience was absolute garbage, and in fact, I would appreciate some feedback from this reply.

very bad, delay in notification to garage resulted in me not been looked after and sent away having to come back later that day. extra 12miles wasted.....

Booked tyres to be fitted at Formula 1 auto center for my Daughters car called a couple of days before they had no idea about the booking and couldnt help so had to start all over again with another online tyre site - waste of time using this site
