“Turned up at garage and tyres hadn't been sent so was a waste of time.”

“Tyre savings is a greta web site for securing tyres at a reasonable cost. The fitters they use, in my case Just Tyres Milton Keynes are appalling. My wife turned up at our slot time of 1.30 to be told by a grumpy worker, all the cars in front of you are booked in for 1.30. An hour later she asked how much longer it would be, to be told he was still finishing other cars and couldn't be sure. She gave up and left after wasting one hour 15 mins.”

“Tyre savings are very good, setyres were awful, I had to wait an hour and a half, while so staff, were just texting and smoking, I will never go back to setyres Tunbridge wells.”

“Arrived at fitting centre and tyre had not been delivered. Staff at Fitting centre admitted they knew 3 days previously there was going to be a problem and didn't try to contact me to let me know or to rearrange. Neither did Tyre Savings. Staff at fitting centre were unhelpful and rude about it. Gave the reason that they didn't do alot of business with Tyre Savings so didn't have much of a relationship. Complete waste of time”

“Order was cancelled by Tyre savings the afternoon before my booking due no stock no alternative was offered just by email no phone call if i had not checked my emails i would never have known . Left me struggling to get tyres fitted on time and ended up having to pay lots more because of this cancellation. No impressed at all very poor customer service after the other time i used there service”

“I ordered a tyre to be fitted on monday morning on the friday but you dont deliver on a sat so it wasn't delivered till Monday dinner time .”

“According to the garage you only supplied one tyre which should have been two, they should have been fitted on the 4th June but they couldn’t fit them till Monday 7th to which I was working so now they are having to be fitted on the 9th June”

“very sad went to change the tyres on the time and date given & was told by two guys at the reception that there was no booking on their system we can't do anything & didn't want to know anything period so i had to go elsewhere to get it done as the tyre needed to be changed & costed me extra”

“Not very good I'm afraid. I travelled 20 miles to get my tyres fitted at 11.30am but they wearn't delivered there until 30 minutes before the garage closing time! I thought you guys could've let me know a little sooner to save the initial wasted journey. I received your email at 11.46am! I had to travel back up there the next day. I must say I received a very professional and clean service from Colwil Garage and highly recommend them but very disappointed in my first use of your service.”

“Continental tyres ordered and fitting arranged only to be email the next day to be told they have no stock left. Should’ve been allowed to place order if no stock available . Very disappointing service with no alternative or incentive given to keep business.”

“The process on the website was fine, but upon arriving at the garage they had no knowledge of the booking beyond the tyres that I had ordered. Price, timeslot etc was all news to them. I had to wait over an hour for my car to be ready as they were 'overbooked', and then they charged me £15 more than what Tyre Savings quoted. I will not be using Tyre Savings or that terrible garage again.”

“On Friday morning I booked my tyres (2xAvonZV7) and was able to select the next day at 1.30pm.for them to be fitted. This was one of the main reasons for choosing Tyre Savings. At 9.30 am on the day if fitting (Saturday) I was informed by Tyre Savings that my tyres would not be available until Tuesday. As I needed the tyres urgently I asked Tyre Savings to fulfill their commitment to me and arrange fitting of a similar product. They did this but when I asked the price I was told "not sure" but it would be similar. When I got to the fitting appointment I was told the tyres would cost £50 more than the Avon's. I was not impressed. I took my custom elsewhere.”

“I didn't get chance to see how the tyre fitting service was as the garage called to say they didn't have any availability nfor fitting for a week even though your website said they had lots of time slots each day for a week ?? How is this ?? Not impressed and won't be using your site again”

“Place an order for 2 tyres and only one was sent to fitting centre. The second was suppose to arrive 4 days later but never turned up. Tried phoning but constantly put in a queue then dumped off. Sent e-mail but no response yet. The only saving grace is that I have not paid out any money yet.”
