“The fitting service was atrocious trying to charge me extra for fitting and saying the tyres were more expensive to what it said online the tyres were dirty after fitting the alloys were absolutely filthy I won’t be picking that particular garage that did them baring in mind this was a dealership garage”

“I'm very very disappointed with the customer service at the tyre centre I booked to have my tyre fitted on Friday it is now monday and I'm still waiting after being turned away twice after being told that there was a 3 hour wait, cant understand why I was told this as I had a dedicated time for my tyre to be fitted I have decided not to return again today to be told the same thing, I will NOT be referring anyone to this service .”

Hello Debbie, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies in the delay in getting back to you. The office has been closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and this is the first day back in the office. I am very sorry to hear about the service you have received from Formula One Autocentres. All our fitting centres agree upon being listed on the website to adhere to the booking times sent through. They receive an email confirmation of the booking at the same time as your confirmation email comes through. The garages also get paperwork with the job details on when the tyres are delivered by our supplier, therefore I am unsure how they wouldn't have known about your booking. If they had known but were busy, we would have expected them to call us or yourself in order to try rearrange the time so that it caused as little inconvenience as possible. I am very sorry that this hasn't happened in this instance. I will speak with Formula One to find out what has happened and see if there is a way we can improve communication of booking with them so that this does now happen again in the future. “went to fitting centre at the appointed time only to find that the tyres were two different makes and tread patterns and incompatible , wasted 1 1/2 hours . wont use this site again ,”

“Not the best service. In a garage with fitted tyres, I waited nearly for 2 h to fit tyres. Ad tyres on picture have E and C Categories.. Tyres fitted have categories G and G.”

“Turn up at the selected place, they knew nothing about my appointment, they almost close for the day. They only did me a favour for staying open for extra half an hour to get it sorted for me. The guys at the workshop where brilliant and very helpful. You need to improve on your communication with your service centres”

“Received a confirmation email and a follow on email confirming tyres were on the way to the fitter. However when i arrived the garage had no record of my booking nor had they heard of tyresavings.com, they did say some tyres arrive the previous day but the documents had no reference to who they were for. The worst part was that the garage was under the impression that the cost was for supply only and this was only corrected once I had told them I had been here previously using the same company. What is the point of having a booking service when the garage isnt informed and dont even know who you are, in future I will use another service as this one seems pointless.”

“Was told to go at 12.30 Tyre company were not aware off this appointment and told you come back another day . Have heard many stories of this happening and would never recommend or use you again”

“One of the tyres burst after 5 miles, we constantly rang the contact number and was put to a voice mail. We told to leave name and number and you would get back to me. But still no call”

“Completed an order online to fit tyres following day at local garage. Was emailed on that day to say the garage didn't have them. Told to look again on the site. Poor communication between garage and Tyresavings.”

“If I could give zero, I would. Turned up at the fitting place for them to search high and low for my tyre. Comes to light that tyre savings had the order cancelled as they didn’t have tyre stocked, They didn’t bother to let myself or the fitters know. Turned up with my son who hadn’t been well but I desperately needed the tyre doing due to slow puncture. I will never use this service again, extremely poor. Fortunately for me the fitters I turned up to have got me a tyre and price matched and I shall go back tomorrow for them to fit”

“Ordered some tyres and booked in my slot with the garage. Got an email the day before to tell me the tyres have not been delivered and can’t be fitted. Have to wait four more days for the fitting on close to legal tread.”

“Arrived at Brit Tyres on time but they knew nothing about it and had no paperwork . Dont know which end the fault lies but they did fit different tyre and matched the price .”
