“There is no point having a time selection for fitting when the fitting centre disregards this and operates a first come first serve service. Had I known this to be the case I would have arrived early and not wasted 3hrs of my day waiting as I was at the back of the queue when I arrived for my “appointment” at 12:30.”

“Ordered Monday fitted Wednesday at my choice of time and place what more can you ask the poor rating was only chosen to force the system to accept survey and is in no way a comment on the product or your service”

“No problems with the local fitting service used or as such with Tyre Savings, other than the website allowed me to book a time slot in the morning that the local garage couldn't honour because their tyre deliveries take place late mornings. Knowing this would have saved me a wasted trip to have tyres fitted that had not yet arrived!”

“Tyres delivered on time as ordered. No point in arranging a time slot on line when the fitter cannot facilitate this though. All in good job. Nail the appointment slots with your fitters and you'll be all over it.”

“Although I have rated acceptable it’s a tale of two experiences. For tyre savings the online experience was good, easy to use system and good communication of confirmation by email. Probably the only negative was I booked on a Friday but first available appointment the following Thursday, though this was the price I suppose for getting the tyre cheap. So the down side was the fitting experience. Stoneacre Peugeot in stoke on Trent. Arrived for my 9.30 slot and they claimed they didn’t have the booking, had no details of me so I had to give the young man my details (4 times) which made a mockery of booking on line. Then had to wait for an hour and a half for the fitting of one tyre. Now having had to ask the desk three times how much longer when they came back to tell me another 20 mins so they could Wash and vac my car, I thought nice touch but I’ve come for a tyre and if you had done it in less time it would have taken me to change 4 tyres I would have accepted the offer. But here Is the real reason for the lengthy wait. After leaving I get a video link sent to me from the dealership showing my car on a ramp with all the tyres off as they have been giving the car a ‘safety’ Inspection which allowed them to then quote for complete change of brakes (not needed). I didn’t ask for this I just booked for a tyre but again a dealership trying to squeeze more money So In a nutshell Yes I will use the online service again but I will be steering clear of dealerships”
