“Excellent communication. There was a problem with getting the tyres initially, but was sorted out quickly. Tyre fitting was brilliant, very knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. Will definitely use this service again in the future”

“My tyres were there, but an apparent software glitch meant F1Autocentre did not have me booked in - they were already understaffed and dealing with more work than anticipated. Staff were polite and helpful but work took over 2 hours.”

“As Halfords, Kwikfit and Asda Tyres did not have my tyre sizes in stock, I decided to try TyreSavings for the first time. TyreSavings (Meghan) cancelled on evening before my appt due to the tyre fitting machine at selected garage not working. The appt was rescheduled at a different garage but delayed for 5 days as the tyres have to be redelivered and 1 of the 2 sizes was not in stock. I asked if the tyres were delivered to the original garage and Meghan confirmed they were. When I stated my intention to collect (and pay for) the tyres and get them fitted elsewhere, I was told the tyres 'should be' at the garage. Arrived at garage at my original appt time. They confirmed that the machine IS working but it is not designed to fit run-flat tyres, and they have conveyed to TyreSavings on numerous occasions. When I asked the garage if I could purchase the tyres, they confirmed the tyres were not sent to them. In summary: 1) The garage offered was not equipped to fit run-flat tyes and 2) The tyres offered were not in stock.”

“3 stars only because tyres they have fitted are 2 years old. I expected rather newer tyres. Fitting place is another joke, been booked at 8.30, arrived on time only to be told that I need to wait an hour because they are busy now. Why are they take bookings if they cannot cope? They needed another hour to fit 2 tyres, which can be done in 30 minutes like in other garages. Overall just acceptable...”

“Tyre savings was good as saved around £20 overall, tyre fitting was excellent as they were prompt and quick to fit new tyres. Only problem I had was in booking as web page did not acknowledge that I’d booked, so I booked again it did go through second time as I received a email morealess straight way any way when I got to fitting centre they had received 4 tyres not 2 as is ordered I only received one email confirmation of order, fitting centre were good about it as they said they would send the two unwanted tyres back.”
