“Tyre saving website was great and really easy to organise. The fitting however was disappointing. After I'd sat there over an hour and ten minutes I noticed that my car hadn't even been started on. I has to ask how long it would be as I needed to pick my son up 25 minutes later. I was then told it would take ten minutes and someone finally started work on my car. Twenty five minutes later I was finally out almost two hours after I had arrived. I was late to pick my son up from nursery. You are given an hour slot which I was five minutes early to. If your car won't be completed within that hour you should be told and given the option to leave. I can't drive my car away with no wheels and was then late to pick my baby up. I was really not impressed and won't be back. The staff however were pleasant.”

“Tyre savings were fine. But the fitting was so slow, i arrived for my 12-30 booking at 12-25 and was told we will get you in in 5 minuets,i left at 13-45, very poor service,considering the tyre was in the boot [has i had got a puncture]”

“Great price, I saved about £100. Tyres arrived, no dramas, I was informed if their despatch. One small thing, the garage was not notified the tyres were for me but that got sorted”

“Easy to select and purchase on line. The garage that fitted them for me (trade tyres) in Guildford were excellent,so much that I will be booking in for four wheel alignment in the near future.”

“Clear choice of rated products with competative inclusive purchase prices followed by online appointment booking, appropriare post sale communication, a supplier that is expecting you and a payment arrangement via the supplier after the tyres are on your car. Every box ticked. A very good service which I would use again.”

“Problem to start when first arrived....centre didn't know why I was there, even though I told them had an appointment bat 0930....but after that everything was sorted and I was away within 30mins....”
