“Turned up for my appointment time to be told that the garage has had no notification that I'm even coming for my tyres, also told that it couldn't be done at my original appointment but can be done another day.”

“tyres are good value easy to arrange on line.the company who fitted the tyres looked after me very well ,coffee while i waited and was kept informed via messages on my phone as to the progress.”

“Had email booking confirmation went to the garage just befire my appointment to be told they had no booking at my time or in my name, showed the email the garage where great offered to make phone calls for me and then luckly was able to find some different tyres for my cat as the ones ordered hadnt even been put on their system. Would never use tyre shopper again as if the garage didn't have some tyres the size I needed I would have lost a days pay at work for no reason”

“Easy to find the tyre I needed on-line despite my relative personal ignorance of tyres. Fitting absolutely faultless - right tyres, right place, right time. Pan Autos of Harpenden supplied a spot-on fitting service. What more can a bloke want?”

“Very disappointed about the fitting service, broke my locking nut but never told me on site, sent me away with only three nuts on vehicle and I didn’t notice until I checked my wheel nuts two days after, garage didn’t seem bothered, tyres we ok just what I ordered”
