“The goods I ordered arrived before any tracking information. Attempts to understand why have been met with various excuses. Fact is in my case the goods are better than the delivery information. Best advice is to keep ringing Sales and let them track your order.”

“the packers could probably do with a kick up the backside, but the chap on customer services (Anthony) sorted the job & sent me the missing item for the next day (Saturday 08.30) which is excellent backup & worthy of mentioning imo.”

“very soft material so not suitable for stone walls even with 5mm pilot hole, also expensive hammer in tool doesn't fit the nail heads very well, just bounces off, so overall rubbish method and questionable trades description offence in advert....”
