“Very good product easy to use, would recommend modifying drill size, had to drop to 4.5 on soft wall and up to 5.5 for concrete lintel, postage a little high not everyone needs next day delivery..”

“I ordered £500 worth of paint on Thursday - with next day delivery promised. It didn't arrive on the Friday (issues with their courier, apparently) and no offer to get it to us on the Saturday. So am hoping it'll turn up today. But as DIY-ers with full time Mon - Fri jobs and who only have weekends to work on the property, that's put us a week behind schedule. Not impressed.”

“Ordered some items on a Thursday morning for a next day delivery which i had paid for, had my wife wait in all day, no delivery was made, had cost me a day wages , as i had staff waiting for the products so work could be carried out the day after receiving the goods. further more after tracking the item through APS couriers it appeared that they had magically turned up & dropped in a card, [ TOTAL LIE] as non had been received. Was very furious with the poor service, given that it was my first & certainly will be my last time i purchase through this company. finally had to purchase items elsewhere. OVERALL MY WORK WAS DELAYED, I WAS OUT OF POCKET & A CLIENT LEFT UNHAPPY.”

“Ordered 1 x 8mm Cracking stitching Kit, 1 x 8mm x 1.5m Stitching bar kit & 1 x Extra fixing Grout pack on the Monday & everything arrived the next morning. This delivery was free of charge & was able to track the order online etc. so very pleased with the superfast service. Would highly recommend Twistfix & would definitely use again A+++++”

“I ordered helical remedial wall ties 280mm which I found to be a good product and easy to use,I am in the building trade and time is money so the speed in which you can complete the job is beneficial. From order time to dispatch time is excellent. My only concern was I needed to return 100 ties to exchange for 230mm ties and although this was not a problem to TWISTFIX I was not offered the £44 price difference as a refund.”

“Materials delivered as ordered and eventually did the job. Only problem is there were ten rods to drive in and the sds driver bit supplied wore down after six and so required to be drilled out in order to finish the job. Suggest either supply two driver bits per pack or source a more hard wearing product.”
