“Bought a dpc cartridge gun.transaction went smoothly.very quick impressive postage! package arrived safe and tool is as described (heavy duty) only negative I have is the absolute ridiculously high postage to Northern Ireland for such a small thing I was desperate to get it to finish a job so couldn't argue.i have had larger packages sent from england for half the cost...”

“It was a prompt delivery.. the only problem was using the correct sized bit for application didn't work as the fixings too loose.. then the hammer drill attachment drove them in only to break all 4 that I tried.. make your own mind up.. Will be sticking to foam from now on”

“Good product with fast delivery and competitive price. Packing could be better twist rods were poking out the base of the packing but all still there.”

“The order was dispatched quickly but I experienced problems with the courier DPD. I was sent a text advising me of the one hour slot for when the package should arrive. The courier attempted to deliver the item to the wrong address, not on the package, because I was sent a photograph and then told me that they had missed me. To ensure that I received the item next day I waited outside for the driver for nearly an hour to ensure I received the item. If I order items from Amazon they will just leave the items at the address but it is DPD's policy not to do this. If I had known that DPD were delivering the item I would not have purchased it.”

“I have had flat roof paint from twistfix before, so when my tin ran out i ordered soem more from Twistfix. The package came from DPD inn good time. When i opened the package it looked like somebody had played football with it, also leaking at the top. I complained, sent photos and they sent another tin out via DPD, which came quickly. When i opened the package, the next tin was just the same. Complained again. Probably not Twistfix at fault, but they need to review their delivery process, or quality control at warehouse.”

“I have recently purchased 150 of drivefix wall ties plus setting tool and sds bits .but after fitting about 35 of the fixing .the two drill bits snapped.my weekend job on my house knack. Trying various diy stores to purchase replacement sds bits .I am in limbo unable to proceed due to the length of the drill bits 360mm.this is not a shelf item which is ready available. Very disappointed. The job was going so well I was very please with the fixing but was let down using the sds drill bits .I would like these to be replaced please. Regards tony”

“Box was torn during transit with the steel bars falling out of the bottom of it. Luckily none were lost. The yellow mixing bucket was broken beyond use.”

“Didn’t expand to 2” as advertised and only covered an area of 34 sq.m instead of 65 as advertised plus needed to change taps 6 times whilst in use. However, the video on line was very helpful in the completion of this task, but felt would have been easier to cover walls rather than underfloor which is what we used it for.”

“Delivery not good,as can't always be in,so why can't you leave with a neighbor,now I have just got in from work and stressed out to the max,Now I have to go out to get the fixings for tomorrow NOT GOOD WHEN TRYING TO WORK.”

“Quick delivery but description bad. Who wants an M10 hole in the middle of an insulation support washer! A M5 or M6 would be more appropriate - this has meant I have had to buy additional 200 washers so I can use a M6 screw.”
