“Lectros power unit ordered and received within 48 hours. Order note was received but no receipt. The unit is a new style and, although easy to connect, it would have been useful to have a notice about the change and method of fixing.”

“The damp proofing cream that I ordered on a Wednesday afternoon arrived on Friday. I paid an extra £4 for fastest delivery and had hoped to receive the goods on Thursday, as standard delivery was indicated for Friday in any event; but Friday it was. The cream itself was fine but the applicator tube split as soon as it was placed under pressure. I then ordered a further large tube of teh cream (as the damp was worse than expected) and that arrived after two days as per the previous order. This time the applicator tube was found to be broken in half when removed from the packaging and apart from the unwanted mess that resulted, this meant that there was more wastage than expected and I now have to order tube no. 3. So overall, the product was fine but the delivery arrangements, packaging and quality of teh applicator tube need some work!”

“I did ring for some technical info and I was told I would get a return call. But this didn't happen so I was pretty disappointed. Products arrived fairly promptly though”

“No instructions included and despite e-mailing was told they were in the box (they weren't). Managed to find them by searching the internet but should not have needed to. The special grout was too runny, despite mixing in all the solid part. It kept running out of the gap. Time will tell if their has fixed the movement.”

“I ordered the Wall Tie Kit. Delivery was fine and the order process was easy. The wall ties were fine but the kit was not as good quality and broke almost immediately.”

“I ordered a tub of Hydro Putty and a bag of Fillet Seal. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery. I had a quite aggressive seepage at the floor angle of a basement, which is wholly underground. I mixed a small quantity of the "putty", which set as I was mixing it! However, I decided to fill the angle with dry "putty" powder, and compressed it into the joint with a piece of 22ml pipe, thinking the moisture would set it off. It did!.. And Hey-Presto! The leak stopped Though probably unnecessary, two days later, and still dry, I decided on the "Belt and Braces" approach, and added a fillet, with Fillet Seal . All in all, in my opinion, these are brilliant products. Very effective, and easy to use.. Excellent stuff.”
