“On the Cotswold Canals Connected restoration we have had three brick-arched bridges in need of repair. These bridges date from the 1780's through to the 1840's and, in most cases, the elevation of the arch ring has separated from the arch barrel. In addition, areas of vertical cracking is visible in the parapet and spandrel walls. After a comprehensive engineering assessment, the areas for repair were identified and items were purchased as required from Twistfix. The repair work is being carried out by a team of experienced volunteers under appropriate supervision. A pattern of Structural Repair Ties are being drilled and inserted into the arch ring, and Crack Stitching Bars are being let into the parapet and spandrel walls. The ordering and supply of the required items from Twistfix has been exemplary, with delivery often occuring the next day. Additionally, when some items were lost in the delivery system, replacements were dispatched without fuss.”

“The product is just as advertised and was delivered on time. I have used the bars and the grout. The grout gun was just the ticket and worked exceptionally well. The tool for smoothing was also very handy. I won't of course know if it does what it says on the tin for some time but here's hoping the repair has worked well and is permenent. It's all looking good so far.”

“Order my materials Monday morning 22/09 Still not received them Thurs 4.00 pm DHL said the were delivering Tues no one came Wed said they had called, someone was there all day, no parcel, or calling card left Thurs nothing despite saying they were coming Supposed to be left at there local depot now, terrible all round”

“Ordered online, was able to collect from Preston depo. Product worked well however driving the nails in the wall using an sds in hammer mode was far too aggressive, I resorted to hammering the sds attachment by hand instead.”

“Thank you for the fast delivery of the resin. I used it yesterday and was lucky to completed my task, the resin in the tube set very quickly. Such a lot went to waste! I felt it was rather misleading when it was stated that the curing time was within 12 hours.”

“Pros: injectable Damp barrier worked well and was quick. No problem with that. Cons: if you pay and are promised next day delivery you expect that. Should have arrived Tuesday, arrived Thursday leading to a delay on the job. Wasn't contacted, I got in touch with them. Poor service on their part and should have refunded delivery charge as apology. Coverage guidance is rubbish, you need a third a third more.”
