“I bought a cavity wall tie detector, when it came it was wrapped in bubble wrap when i opened it the detector had a thick layer of dirt all over it. It wouldnt of took much effort just to clean it before wrapping it up and sending it to me, apart from that it works well.”

“Nearly cost me a lot of money by sending the wrong size remedial ties. Good job I checked on the inside. All I got in response was oh we must have picked the wrong size off the shelf not even a sorry.”

“The goods I ordered arrived before any tracking information. Attempts to understand why have been met with various excuses. Fact is in my case the goods are better than the delivery information. Best advice is to keep ringing Sales and let them track your order.”
