“Very happy with the speed of service, I received the items within 2 days of ordering. The stainless steel flat roof insulation fixings worked exactly as I hoped, properly securing 120mm Celotex with a top layer of 18mm T&G OSB (for a GRP roof covering) into the roof joists. The thermalite block fixings are a revelation, they really do securely fix timber to thermalite blocks, unlike conventional plug and screws, and are quicker and easier to use as well.”

“Although we haven't used the product yet, we found the website easy to use with good information to help with selection of the right product. When I had to chase delivery customer services were very helpful. Our problem was with the courier, not Twist fix but is now resolved”

“still not received this product , not looking forward chasing the order up or trying to get my money back. What a load of bollocks unhappy customer stuart glenn UPDATE - I think I might have been too hasty in my feedback. I spoke to staff at twistfix who were really helpful on the phone. I received my order soon after my initial post. I am very happy with the product and the after service in terms of technical support. I would like to apologise for my hasty comments. Happy customer - Stuart Glenn.”

“Bit slow dispatching initially (ordered monday, early hours, dispatched Tuesday), quick delivery, on Wednesday. However, tool listed as accompanying was missing. Sent email-arrived early on Thursday. Good recovery from error.”

“Purchased s/s fixings to fix insulated boards to block walls; don't hold tight so if your boards aren't perfectly flat and wall likewise, stick with dabs. Also, would not hold in turbo blocks; had to use as masonry nails in joints! Wasted my money.”

“I paid £12 for quicker delivery and placed the order for 2 packets of small fixings and a driver head all of which fitted in a A3 padded envelope. The order was placed before 11am on the Friday and it arrived on Monday am. If you do not deliver on Weekends then this is fine, but do not take peoples money for a service that does not give what you expect. There are other companies out there who would deliver next day (despite Friday) for less money. I wont get fooled again!”
