“Goods came damaged, sent photos as requested no reply !!!”

“Goods as expected, if rather expensive. Courier dumped the box outside and didn't leave a card or message. Box soaked when I found it. Good thing the goods are metal as the rain would have ruined anything delicate.”

“Unfortunately, the product did not work. A tenant had painted a number of brick tiles in our house and ruined the facade. We stripped the paint off the tiles but it is evident there was a certain amount of residue still there after we had stripped the tiles and the brick dye would not take to the tiles. If this had been explained in the product marketing on the internet we would not have wasted our time or our money. It was only on reading the instruction after we had bought the product that it was suggested that the dye would not take to paint residue. which in our case was minuscule, but still enough for the product not to work.”

“Received a big box with a very small 250g of powder after delivery costs this came to over £50. Reading the instructions this will only fill a very narrow crack max 1m long. I haven't used it yet but will have to find something else to back fill the brick and use this in as a shallow cosmetic finish.”

“Thanks for the brick tint sample guys. @ just over £9 it was online with what I would expect to pay. Once I went through the checkout process the total was over £19.00... I couldn't understand how a small sample could cost nearly a tenner to post but I purchased it as I wanted to try the product. It arrived in a box that was the size you could fit a 5tlr tub in? 450 x 220 x 200 approx? The sample bottle measures approx 65mm x 40mm x 40mm. A jiffy bag would have been more than adequate... and alot chaper to send”

“Very disappointed! The Twistfix bars themselves were fine but nowhere near enough cement based grout for all the rods included. Had to buy a load more at Screwfix (at 60 quid a tub) just to finish the job!”

“Bought the lateral restraint wall tie kit; unfortunately there was no mixer nozzle for resin, but a pair of gloves instead. Am I supposed to mix it by hand and push it into the hole?”

“To anyone purchasing something from this website, be very careful when reading what you are ordering as the website can be misleading especially with the wording. I ordered what I thought was the full kit, checked the picture and the text with both showing the applicator and mixture, but when I received the items, it was just the rods and mortar. I was really sure I checked the text but alas nope. The P&P for an applicator would have been another £8.50ish which I thought was expensive. Hope the product itself is good, planning on using this weekend, but the text and pictures I found mislaid what was actually being provided”

“Product was good , delivery slow but price is not good. Didn't have enough ties to do the job so I sourced them from a local supplier for £25/pack cheaper”

“Ordered the product on Wed and still don't have this yet (Sun), but they send you a review request, without checking that they have even delivered the product. I wanted 2 colours and they didn't have one of them I ordered brick dye through another site and it arrived next day.”

“the items I paid for were correct and on time but the invoice I was sent via email I could not open or downloaded , I tried on different computers I would like it sent by post or I will have to phone and request another correct email, see how long it takes for someone to respond to this short statement 30/4/18 regards Louis”
