“Order my materials Monday morning 22/09 Still not received them Thurs 4.00 pm DHL said the were delivering Tues no one came Wed said they had called, someone was there all day, no parcel, or calling card left Thurs nothing despite saying they were coming Supposed to be left at there local depot now, terrible all round”

Hi Paul, sorry about the issues you are having with DHL. I must stress that this review is the first that Twistfix had heard of your delivery issues. “Ordered online, was able to collect from Preston depo. Product worked well however driving the nails in the wall using an sds in hammer mode was far too aggressive, I resorted to hammering the sds attachment by hand instead.”

“Thank you for the fast delivery of the resin. I used it yesterday and was lucky to completed my task, the resin in the tube set very quickly. Such a lot went to waste! I felt it was rather misleading when it was stated that the curing time was within 12 hours.”

“Pros: injectable Damp barrier worked well and was quick. No problem with that. Cons: if you pay and are promised next day delivery you expect that. Should have arrived Tuesday, arrived Thursday leading to a delay on the job. Wasn't contacted, I got in touch with them. Poor service on their part and should have refunded delivery charge as apology. Coverage guidance is rubbish, you need a third a third more.”

“The InSoFast fixing is easy to use, has the right size concave head for plasterboard plastering and holding teh board in palce. It doesn't feel as if it holds the baords as securly as e.g. a hammer fixing and the material it is made of is too soft. It is too easy to bend the head where it is welded on.”

Hi Morad, the order went out as 3 boxes - 1 of which was unfortunately misrouted while with the courier and ended up in Northampton. It is out for delivery today. It is a shame Twistfix must receive this bad review for something the courier was at fault for, nonetheless hopefully you are happy with the service you received from Twistfix Kind Regards Twistfix
