“Fantastic service. Identified that one of my items was incompatible before processing, and contacted to discuss my order. After discussing my requirements also identified that one of rails wouldn't work with my requirements. Trulypvc then researched the options and found an alternative. I then had an issue with part of the order going astray. After phoning them they phoned back confirming the missing part order had gone astray in the distribution and had arranged a replacement straight away. Thanks Trulypvc. Your customer service is excellent!”

“Truly are fine as are your staff particularly Alex who was friendly and helpful. Tuffnells were awful and the driver lied about delivery and me signing for the item which did not occur.”

“Ordered items early on Wednesday, paid for next day delivery, today is Friday and still not here stayed at the delivery address all day, waiting to do the job. Yodel are the couriers and their 'tracking' service is worse than useless, I think its just a box ticking exercise. I have had experience of Yodel before and they are absolutely the worst couriers I have ever had experience with. If Truly PVC wish to keep their customers coming back they should ditch Yodel. Update : Truly PVC contacted me to apologise for the delay and I have recieved my order as well as some compensation from them, so well done Truly PVC.”

“I ordered a brown half round ridge end cap in brown on Wednesday and was supposed to arrive yesterday Thursday today is Friday and still isn’t here. What’s worse is I’m supposed to be fitting it for someone today so now I have to let my customers down as well not massively happy.”

“Excellent company I ordered the wrong brackets due to fact that the original ones had been broken by installers, but no problem reordered the correct ones.. returned brackets no problem a refund was sent within 2 days. Overall a excellent company and staff to deal with. Thanks.”

“My interaction with this company was excellent. Easy to order the skirting boards and accessories as required. Communication and delivery was good, even though a mistake with a board occurred they were prompt and efficient with collection and rectifying the issue. “Made order on Monday and given Oder date for Friday. Had someone wait in full day and now after I’ve emailed them. I’m told not coming till Monday. Disgrace. All my skirting boards off and having someone fit them tonight. Service absolutely shocking”
