“Shopped around for some replacement window handles luckily came across this company who supplied 20 window handles (Half needed replacing so decided to go the whole hog ) very good handles at a very very good price was also kept up to date on delivery very very impressed will certainly use again.”

“Service great but product was damaged on the edge luckily I’m having to cut the item down to fit the aperture but if the item was quantity controlled before it left you shouldn’t have sent it, especially when the corner protection was put over the damage”

“I wish the Order Confirmation would list what goods it refers to. Lots of info about price & delivery, but no description of the goods. I order lots on the internet, so lose track of what I have ordered from a particular supplier.”

“Truly pvc we’re very quick to have my orders readily available for shipping ordered on the Friday came Monday afternoon.when I ordered more on the Tuesday afternoon it was delivered before mid day on Friday prices we’re resonable with shipping costs very satisfied thanks”

“After paying £18 delivery charge, I was then lied to about the goods being delivered. I waited in all day after receiving an email that stated “ your order will be delivered today. On contacting Trulypvc I was told the van had broken down. The next day the courier told me the order was never loaded onto a van. Two parts of the delivery were damaged, I had to wait a further 3 days for the replacements.”

“Usually their products are excellent quality and value but with one length of skirting we had to lose 8 inches of it as it had a large bubble on it which would have been seen when fixed to the wall.”
