“Excellent product and service first class”

“I needed a Yale Platinum 3-star Euro Cylinder to replace the inferior one in my door which was malfunctioning. It was so simple to order and pay for this on-line and it arrived the following morning. The price was very competitive making it cheaper to buy than travel to my nearest stockist. Truly PVC kept me informed all the way, so I knew exactly how my order was proceeding. I will certainly deal with this company again and will be happy to recommend them to other people. Wish other companies were this efficient.”

“Very poor, email response. i.e. no response! Part was promptly delivered, but is made up of two separate parts and does not fit correctly. Still no response 😕”

“I ordered a yale high security lock, with extra keys, for a UPVC door. The lock isn't a standard size, but Truly PVC had them in stock and even cut the spare security keys, plus delivery in just a few days. Excellent service.”
