“We ordered some replacement euro locks, 1 pair keyed alike and two further locks. The chaps were very helpful and were able to supply locks the same day. On attending site howver I noted that two locks did not have thumb turns on as ordered. As i dint pick the order up myself it wasnt checked ( my fault) but it did mean that although ten client accepted the locks, we had to reduce the quoted cost. This wont stop me using Truly PVC, I will just check my order on receipt”

“The order for a lock and keys arrived very promptly but we had ordered the wrong size. I arranged a refund and ordered a new size which arrived very quickly. I'm just waiting for the money to be refunded. When I asked about exchanges I got a quick response from customer services but that wasn't possible. The only bad thing was the Amazon delivery. They messaged that they had put it through the letterbox but in fact they had left it on the floor outside a neighbours house.”
