“Very good service overall. However, I made a schoolboy error with the offset cylinder lock I ordered and unfortunately there wasn't a cost free solution much to my frustration. You live and learn!!!”

“The Web page gives very clear instructions on how to measure your locks the ensure you buy the correct one. The make and size I needed was out of stock, but customer service took the time to let me know of alternatives and when the one I wanted would be available. The lock was delivered by Amazon delivery so it was fully trackable as to when it would arrive once posted. The lock was delivered within 5 days of my order.”
